and also they believe that the land tenant of a certain orchard in the tenure of Wm Forde hath not yet put his fence in the right place between the said orchard and yard held by Randolph Greene according as it was stated in a precept at the last view and therefore he forfeits to the lord 20s and the precept is made to the same tenant to put the said fence in the right place before the feast of all saints next following upon penalty of forfeiting to the lord 20s
