the jurors believe that Edw Wade who held for himself and his heirs from the lord of this manor freely by charter fealty suit of court and the annual rent of 7s8d certain lands and tenements called Collande died after the last court solely seised of the said premises with appurtenances in his demesne as of fee whence there should fall to the lord for relief 7s8d which the bailiff should levy to the use of the lord and that Jn Wade is his son and heir of the said Edw Wade deceased whom the bailiff should command that he should be at the next court to be held here to make undertakings to the lord of fealty and other services
