item it is presented that whereas a division was lately made between Israel Ennewes and Thos Farnoll by their consent of certain customary tenements late of Thos Felton gentleman upon the certain annual rents of 12s6d owed therefore to the lord of the manor to be apportioned in the manner and form following viz that the said Israel Ennewes should pay to the lord annually at the usual times for his part assigned 2s and that the said Thos Farnoll should pay to the lord for his part 10s6d at the usual times
