gentleman customary tenant of this same manor died seised in his demesne as of fee of and in certain lands held by copy of court roll of this court which same said land and all other of his lands held from this same manor he surrendered to the use and behoof of his last will the tenor of his will is unknown and because no one came to the same court to take the said premises from the hands of the lord and pay the fine therefore proclamation was made at this court that if no one came to the next court here to be held to take the said premises that then the lord should seize them
