item at this court it is shown by the homage that Nich Kendall paid the sum of 40li to Thos Stubbinge and Robt Willowes for tenements and certain lands parcel of Chewnislands according to the form and effect of the surrender there made to the aforesaid Nich by the aforesaid Thos Stubbinge and Robt Willowes and their wives at the view with court here held 9.4.1618 as by roll of the same court fully binding and certain
