and also at this court it is shown by the homage that Hen Drurie junior is the next heir of Hen Drurie deceased and of full age viz 21years or thereabouts and he should have the right to the reversion or remainder of and in one tenement called Filbriggs Windmillhill and Lophams and a parcel of a waste field of the lord of this same manor after the death and decease of Ann now wife of Edw Griggs now to this court came the aforesaid Hen Drurie and humbly sought from the lord admittance to the reversion or remainder of and in the said premises to whom the lord by his said steward granted to him seisin thereof to have to him and his heirs forever when it should happen to hold from the lord by the rod etc and furthermore to this court sitting came the aforesaid Hen Drurie and surrendered his said reversion into the hands of the lord to the use and behoof of the said lord his heirs and assigns forever
