and also at this court it is shown by the homage that on 21.4.1619 Rose Partridge widow surrendered into the hands of the lord of the said manor by the hands of Simon Ive instead of the bailiff in the presence of Robt Crowe and Robt Parker two customary tenants the same testifying according to the custom of the said manor all her customary lands tenements and hereditaments whatsoever held of the said manor to the use and performance of her last will and testament
