it is shown also by the homage that there is an agreement between Margery Penyfather widow and Dan Lee in the following manner and form viz that the aforesaid Margery her heirs and assigns henceforward should pay to the lord of this manor for a cottage or customary tenement called Garlands an annual rent of 18d and that the aforesaid Dan Lee his heirs and assigns should pay to the lord for a certain part late parcel of the certain said cottage called Garlands the annual rent of 2d in apportionment for the whole ancient annual rent owed to the lord of this manor
