at this court it is presented by the homage that Jn Harvey a customary tenant of this manor after the last court and before this court died seised of and in one cottage commonly called Francis and that Thos Harvey is his son (brother) and next heir but because no one came to take the cottage out of the hands of the lord and to give satisfaction to the lord for his fine therefore proclamation was three times made and in the meantime there was a precept to the bailiff to seize the said cottage and concerning the profits to return to the lord thereof upon his next appearance
