whereas at a view of frankpledge with court here held for the said manor in easter week being 3.4.14Jas1 Thos Fisher was admitted tenant of the lord for himself and his heirs to one tenement with certain customary lands called Hayhouse held from the said manor by copy of a court roll saving always to the lord certain rights which he should have in the lands called Sladeland by the surrender of the said Wm Fisher father of the said Thos Fisher now to this court came the aforesaid Thos Fisher in person and humbly sought admittance to the said lands called Sladeland with their appurtenances to whom the lord by his grace granted seisin thereof to have for himself and his heirs forever according to the said surrender to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine and made fealty and was admitted tenant thereof
