and afterwards in the same court the court sitting came the said Jn Fisher son and heir of the said Wm Fisher and in full and open court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his said steward and by licence of the lord from himself and his heirs remitted released and confirmed to the aforesaid Thos Fisher his brother in his full and peaceful possession and existing seisin at that time according to the custom of the said manor and to the heirs and assigns of the said Thos all right estate title and demand whatsoever of and in all and singular the said tenements and lands with appurtenances pertaining and for such a release the said Thos Fisher gave to the lord for a fine etc
