at this court it is shown by the homage that Jn Potter was satisfied and paid by Thos Turnor of the sum of 23li15s according to the form and effect of the condition contained in a certain surrender by the said Thos Turner to the use and behoof of Jn Potter which same said surrender was enrolled into the rolls of this court bearing the date 4.6.1628
