whereas at a view with court here held

it was shown by the homage that
Thos Prior
junior before the court surrendered into the hands of the lord according to the custom of the said manor all that his cottage or tenement called
Lamberts
with appurtenances to the use and behoof of
Clem Turnor
and his heirs forever and at the same court the aforesaid
Clem Turner
was admitted tenant and after his admission at the same court the said
Clem
surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his said steward the said cottage or tenement called
Lamberts
to the use and behoof of the said
Clem
and
Edith
his wife for their lives and the longer liver and they were admitted as by a roll of the said court is clearly shown and because now it appears that the said cottage was not now known as
Lamberts
but for some time was called
Humphreys
and not by the other name therefore the said
Thos Prior
came into court in person and surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of the said steward the said tenement called
Humphreys
now in the tenure of the said
Clem Turner
and his assigns to the use and behoof of the said
Clem Turner
and
Edith
his wife for their lifetime and to the longer liver and after their decease to the right heirs of the said
Clem
forever and the said
Clem Turner
and
Edith
present here in court humbly sought admittance to whom the lord by the said steward granted and delivered seisin thereof of the aforesaid cottage or tenement sometime called
Humphreys
to the said
Clem
and
Edith
for their lifetimes and to the longer liver and after their decease to the heirs of the said
Clem Turner
to hold by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and their fines were remitted for the said admittance and they made fealty and were admitted thereof tenants of the lord and the said
Thos Prior
by licence of the lords for his heirs etc quitclaimed all his rights etc
