and furthermore at this court it is shown by the homage that Jn Betts who held to himself and his heirs freely by charter and by fealty suit of court and the rent of 2d per annum one messuage with lands pertaining called Risings with appurtenances according as at the last general court he alienated the premises to Bernard Peverell and his heirs but because the said Bernard is not present in court to acknowledge the said tenement and to make his fealty for the premises therefore there is a precept to the bailiff to summon the said Bernard to appear here at the next court to acknowledge etc
