and because the said Jn Allen is under age as above therefore custody of his body and the said tenement was granted and delivered to Eliz Allen his mother by the rod until the full age of the said Jn junior giving to him food clothing and other of his necessary estates and returning to him possession thereof at his full age and for such custody the said Eliz gave to the lord her fine
