and furthermore at this court it is shown by the homage that Joan Gilott customary tenant of this manor after the last court viz 6.1.1641 surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Jn Smith instead of the bailiff and in the presence of Wm Adams and Jn Stevens two customary tenants of the said manor all that messuage or tenement in which the said Joan and Jn Amye then lived with yards orchards gardens and appurtenances pertaining to the said messuage called Firman Tylers and one part or parcel of the said tenement with appurtenances called Firman Tylers now in the tenure of Francis Turner to the use and intention of her last will
