and furthermore it is shown by the homage that Edw Browne customary tenant of the said manor after the last court viz 11.2.1648 surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Jas Game instead of the bailiff and in the presence of Sam Game senior and Wm Adams two customary tenants of the said manor testifying 3a of land parcel of Borefeilds with appurtenances called Spare Pasture lying between the little groves called Bettensland on the southern part and abutting upon the glade pertaining to the farm called Prucknetts on the western part and upon the said parcel on the northern and eastern parts now in the tenure of the said Edw Browne to the use and behoof of the said Edw Browne for his lifetime and after his decease to the use of Sam Game and Jane his wife and the heirs of their bodies legitimately procreated the remainder thereof to the rightful heirs of the said Edw Browne and it is agreed between the said parties that the said Sam and Jane and their heirs should pay for the premises to the lord of the manor annually 8d when the premises come into their possession
