and furthermore at this court it is shown by the homage that Jn Wade who held for himself and his heirs one parcel of the lord's waste situated next to Rushpitt and Colne Park with a cottage lately built thereon and now ruined after the last court died seised thereof and that Jn Wade is his son and heir who present in court humbly sought admittance to whom the lord by the said steward granted and delivered seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said parcel of waste with appurtenances to the said Jn Wade his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rent of 1s per annum fealty and suit of court and he paid his fine and made fealty
