and furthermore it is shown by the homage that Jane Durden sister and coheir of Rich Parker deceased who held for herself and her heirs the reversion after the decease of Eliz Wiseman widow a fourth part of one meadow worth appurtenances called Parks Gate Meade died before this court and that Jane wife of Thos Richoll and Beatrix Durden are her daughters and coheirs and that the said Eliz Wiseman after the last court died upon which proclamation was three times made according to the custom of the said manor that the said should come to take the premises from the hands of the lord but no one came therefore a precept to the bailiff of the manor to seize the premises into the hands of the lord and to be answerable for the profits thereof etc at the next rendering of his accounts
