and furthermore the lord present in court granted a licence to Robt Carter to let and to let to farm one messuage and certain lands and customary tenements called Stanes and Wastlyns held from the said manor and certain customary lands called Andrewes held of his manor of Colne Priory to whatever person or persons should please him for a term of eleven years from the feast of michaelmas then next following or for less than that time that the rent of 10li10s per annum should be reserved annually during the said term saving thereof and reserving to the lord of the manor his heirs and assigns all and singular the rents services and customs and profits now owing or owing for the future through a death or surrender of the said Robt or anyone else and for such a licence he gave to the lord his fine
