and furthermore at this court it is shown by the homage that Hen Ennew customary tenant of the said manor after the last court and out of court viz 23.11.last came before the said Jn Joscelin steward of the said manor and surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of the said steward according to the custom of the said manor all his customary lands and tenements held of the said manor to the use and intention mentioned and expressed in his last will and testament
