and furthermore at this court the lord at the humble petition of Jn Warde granted from his hands to the said Jn one parcel of land now a yard containing about 20p enclosed with fencing adjoining the messuage of the said Jn called Shawes on the western part and by the said steward granted and delivered seisin thereof by the rod to have and to hold the said parcel of land with appurtenances to the said Jn his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by fealty suit of court and the rent of 6d per annum and for such grant the said Jn Warde gave to the lord his fine
