at this court it was presented by the homage that the said Rose Church widow who held freely to her and her heirs one meadow or marsh ground with the appurtenances called Spriggs Marsh by fealty suit at court and the yearly rent of 10d by her last will and testament in writing did give the same to Ralph Josselin clerk and to his heirs forever and afterwards died thereof so seised whereupon the said Ralph being present in court did acknowledge the said tenure and paid for a relief 10d
