at this court the lord of the said manor by his said steward did at the petition of Wm Ennew an infant of the age of 17yrs or thereabouts grant to Hen Ennew gentleman brother of the said Wm the custody of the customary lands and tenements of the said Wm held of the said manor to have and to hold the same to the said Hen until the said Wm shall attain his age of twenty one years of the lord by the rod at the will etc by the rents services and customs due to the intent that the rents and profits of the same may be disposed by the said Hen according to the true intent and meaning of Hen Ennew the elder deceased grandfather of the said Hen and Wm declared and specified in the last will and testament of the said Hen Ennew the grandfather and for the said custody the said Hen Ennew the brother did give to the lord for a fine
