whereas at a court held for the said manor 23.7.1650 Thos Stammer and Doce his wife were admitted tenants to them and the heirs of the said Thos to one tenement customary lying near Tolhouse Greene called Wallers and to a certain parcel of customary land to the same belonging now at this court it was presented by the homage that the said Thos divers years since died without heirs of his body and that the said Doce did him survive and that Robt Stammer is brother and heir of the said Thos who being present in court desired to be admitted tenant of the reversion of the said premises when it shall fall after the decease of the said Doce to which said Robt the lord of the said manor by his said steward hath granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said reversion of the said premises to the said Robt his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents services and customs for the same due when the said reversion shall fall in possession and he gave to the lord for a fine
