at this court it was presented by the homage that Isaac Payne a customary tenant of the said manor did since the last court that is to say upon 2.3.1659 surrender into the hands of the lord of the said manor by the hands of Wm Lay in place of the bailiff and in the presence of Hen Abbott and Jn Clerke two customary tenants of the said manor the same witnessing etc all that the customary tenement called Seabrights with the yards gardens and appurtenances to the same belonging to the use of Robt Allen also Payne and Rose his wife for and during the term of their natural lives and for the life of the survivor of them and after their deceases to the use of the heirs of the said Robt forever but because none came to be admitted tenant of the said premises a precept was made to the bailiff of the said manor to seize the same into the lord's hands
