at this court it was shown by the homage that after the last court Wm Adams senior who held for himself and his heirs by copy of court roll bearing the date 28.3.1628 about 1r of land lying between the lands called The Hayhouse and the gateway called Colne Park Gate after the last court died thus seised thereof and that Wm Adams junior is his son and heir but the admission of the said Wm the son present in court was respited
