whereas the said Jn Savill 30.12.19Chas2 surrendered the premises aforesaid to Jas Wheeler clerk and his heirs on certain specified conditions now at this court by the recognition of the said Jas it appears to the homage that the conditions were well performed by the said Jn by which the surrender is null and void
