whereas at a court here held 2.1.18Chas2 Wm Death senior was admitted to him and his heirs to seven crofts of land with appurtenances called Michills containing by estimation 30a of land more or less with a barn thereon built now at this court it was presented by the homage that the said Wm died before this court and that Wm Death junior is his son and heir which Wm Death junior by Thos Cockerell his attorney or deputy came and humbly petitioned admittance etc to whom by his said attorney the steward delivered seisin to have and to hold the said barn and crofts of land etc to the said Wm Death the son his heirs and assigns at the will of the lord etc and he gave the lord for fine etc
