at this court on the testimony of the steward it appeared to the homage that Jn Deledike and Ann his wife daughter and heir of Jn Read late customary tenant of this manor of a certain messuage and garden with appurtenances called Littmans came before the said steward 28.6.1671 and the said Ann first solely and secretly examined and consenting surrendered 2p of land more of less late parcel of the said messuage and now separated from it by pales to the use of Wm Harlakenden esq his heirs and assigns forever to which the said Wm was before admitted and is in possession of and also surrendered the messuage aforesaid to the use of Humph Ruggles his heirs and assigns forever etc and the said Humph was before admitted and each of them is in possession and was admitted before this therefore no readmission etc
