it appeared to the homage that Joseph Hunt customary tenant of this manor died after the last court seised of and in a customary cottage or tenement with appurtenances held of the manor aforesaid and none came to take the premises out of the lord's hands after proclamation was three times made and that any who have right to the premises to come and make their claim etc therefore precept to the bailiff to seize into the hands of the lord etc
