at this court it appeared to the homage that Eliz Hunwicke widow 12.9.last surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Jas Wright instead of the bailiff in the presence of Hen Abbutt and Wm Adams two customary tenants of the manor etc one cottage or tenement parcel of Pannells with a yard and appurtenances now in the occupation of Edw Stevens junior to the use of the said Edw Stevens his heirs and assigns forever and that the said Edw did not come to take the premises out of the lord's hands therefore etc and after proclamation was three times made precept to the bailiff to seize the said premises into the hands of the lord etc
