it appeared to the homage that Thos Fuller died after the last court seised of and in one customary cottage or tenement with appurtenances held of the manor aforesaid upon which proclamation was three times made that any who had right to came and take the premises out of the lord's hands and none came etc therefore precept to the bailiff to seize etc
