and after the admission aforesaid the said Jn Fletcher and Mary his wife the said Mary first solely and secretly examined by the steward and consenting surrendered into the lord's hands etc the tenement aforesaid and the said Jn Fletcher and Mary his wife remitted and released the said tenement and all their right and title at the common law or in any court of chancery or equity and all and every provision condition etc that the said Jn Fletcher or Mary his wife of the one of them has etc to the sole use of the said Jane Josselin for and during the term of her natural life and after her decease to the use of any person or persons thing or things that the said Ralph Josselin by writing under his hands and seal should nominate or appoint and for defect of nominations to the use of the said Rebecca Josselin and her heirs forever
