at this court Math Elliston senior surrendered 6a of wood parcel of a grove called Cogges Grove divided and separated from the residue of the said grove lying against land called Colne Park and also all that messuage or tenement called Curds with barns stables orchards and gardens belonging and three crofts of land containing 15a called Barmanfield Rounsell and Pellsland and also divers parcels of land called Heathfield alias Heathcroft Stonyland and Brookhouse Meadow situate in Earls Colne containing 20a late parcel of a tenement called The Hayhouse and all other customary lands of the said Math to the use of Thos Barrington of Bumpstead esq Jn Cox of Coggeshall esq and Judith Willsby widow and relict of Jn Willsby of Grays Inn in Middx esq in and upon certain conditions in an indenture made between the said Math Elliston senior of the one part and the said Thos Barrington Jn Cox and Judith Willsby on the other part and they were admitted etc and a fine of 100li was imposed and payment was respited
