at this court it appeared that on 30.5.last Grace Day widow and relict of Jas Day surrendered all that messuage called Morses once Baker's with yards and appurtenances and also all that part of a yard called The Well Yard called Clarks late Ward's and also all that messuage or tenement called Shaws with a garden late Ward's and also all other customary lands held of the manor to the use of Geo Toller gentleman on the following conditions that if the said Geo his heirs etc pay to the said Grace Day during the term of her life at the house of mr Nagg called The White Hart situate in Colchester the sum of 8li upon michaelmas and the annunciation by even portions that then the surrender to stand etc and Geo Toller was admitted etc and gave fine and made fealty
