at a court held 8.1.1665 Joan wife of Jn Amye was admitted for the term of her life to one customary tenement with garden adjoining with appurtenances called Firman Tylers the remainder to the heirs of her body legitimately procreated and for defect of issue to Thos Andrews and his heirs now at this court it appeared that the said Joan lately died and that Jn Amye is son and heir of the body of the said Joan who present in court is admitted and gave fine etc and afterwards came Jn Finch and complained against the said Jn Amye in a plea of land etc and Jn Amye brought tenant by warrant Jn Lawsell etc and Jn Finch recovered against Jn Lawsell and was delivered seisin by Sam Burton bailiff and after Jn Finch surrendered the premises to Jn Amye his heirs and assigns forever and he was admitted and gave fine etc
