at a court here held 7.9.1676 Jn Garrett was admitted to one tenement and garden with appurtenances called Clovers now in the occupation of Sarah Garrett widow and Thos Wiseman and at the same court the said Jn surrendered the premises to the use of his will and at the last court here held it appeared that the said Jn Garret was dead and none came therefore proclamation etc now at this court came Jn Garrett and showed the will of the said Jn dated 20.4.1688 the tenor concerning the premises in the following words item I give and bequeath unto Jn Garrett son of my brother Gamaliel Garrett and to his heirs forever all that my copyhold messuage or tenement called Clovers with appurtenances now in the several occupations of Robt Pennock and the widow Garrett and Thos Wiseman and the said Jn was admitted and gave fine and fealty was respited
