and after her admittance she surrendered the aforesaid premises and all the customary lands and tenements late Jn Josselin's except the lands and tenement in which Jane Josselin widow mother of the said Jn was admitted to for life to the use of Gilb Smith gentleman for life and after his death to the use of Eliz his wife for her life and after the death of the survivor to the right heirs of Gilb and the said Gilb in person and Eliz by Eldred Arris gentleman her attorney etc were admitted and gave fine and fealty respited
