at a court here held 16.10.1679 Jn Linnett and Robt Linnett were admitted to them and their heirs to three crofts of land called Petecroft alias Peticroft with appurtenances containing 4a now at this court it appeared that they surrendered by the hands of Jn Flanner instead of the bailiff in the presence of Geo Toller gentleman and Rich Tyler the said premises to the use of Margt Holden widow and her heirs and assigns forever who present was admitted etc and gave fine and made fealty
