at a court held 4.4.1671 Margt Wade widow was admitted to a cottage and one backside containing 6p with buildings belonging to the said messuage sometime Rich Walker's now at this court it appeared that the said Margt sometime wife of Pennock and now widow of the said Pennock surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Sam Burton instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Fletcher and Rich Tyler the premises to the use of Martha Harris daughter of Robt Harris and her heirs forever who present was admitted etc and gave fine etc
