at the last court here held Simon Rosbrooke was admitted to one piece of parcel of land late enclosed belonging to a yard part of a customary messuage called Lophams or Windmill Hill containing 4p adjoining a customary messuage of Jn Sparrow senior to the north now at this court it appeared that on 26.3.1690 he surrendered by the hands of Sam Burton instead of the bailiff in the presence of Thos Rayner and Jn Fletcher the premises aforesaid to the use of the said Jn Sparrow his heirs and assigns forever who by Sam Burton his attorney or deputy is admitted etc and gave fine and made fealty
