at a court here held 2.1.1656 Wm Davy and Jane his wife were admitted to them and their issue legitimately procreated and for defect of heirs to the right heirs of the said Wm to one tenement and yard situate in Holt Street and at the last court it appeared that the said Jane had died before and that the said Wm died after the last court and that Jane wife of Thos Fuller and Cath Davy are daughters and coheirs of the said Wm Davy and Jane Davy but none came therefore proclamation etc now at this court came the said Jane Fuller and Cath Davy and were admitted etc to them and their heirs and the gave fine and fealty was respited
