at a court here held 27.4.1691 Kath Davey and Jane wife of Thos Fuller were admitted in coparcenary to one tenement and yard with appurtenances situate in Holte Street called Francis in the occupation of Edw Gold and Middleton widow now at this court it appeared that the said Kath Davey 9.7.1692 surrendered by the hands of Wm Peartree (may be Wm Peartree) instead of the bailiff in the presence of Geo Toller and Hen Abbutt junior the half of the tenement and yard aforesaid to the use of Edw Johnson who present was admitted etc and gave fine and fealty was respited
