at a court here held 27.12.1676 Jn Bullock was admitted to a cottage and garden with appurtenances lying in Crossgate Street once Jn Wade's containing in length against the highway 54ft and in breadth 24ft now at this court it appeared that the said Jn died after the last court so seised and that Jn Bullock junior is his son and heir who present was admitted etc and gave fine and made fealty
