and afterwards in the same court with the assent of the said Thos Fuller and Jane his wife and the said Edw Johnson the lord of the manor according to the custom partitioned the said tenement and a rent of 7d per annum was apportioned by the homage viz that the said Jane Fuller and her heirs to have the separate part of the tenement now in the occupation of the said Thos Fuller and the yard to the south and an annual rent of 3d1h and that the aforesaid Edw Johnson and his heirs to have the separate other part with a yard to the east now in the occupation of the said Edw Gold and that the said Edw Johnson and his heirs from time to time repair the fence between the aforesaid yards
