at a court here held 16.10.1673 Sarah and Ann Pryor were admitted to them and the heirs of their bodies in coparcenary to one tenement with appurtenances late Jn Hay's late in the occupation of Jn Ellis and Jn Buck (may be Jn Buck) and at a court held 31.3.1691 the said Sarah was admitted after the death of the said Ann Pryor to her part of the premises now at this court came Eldred Arris gentleman and complained against the said Sarah Pryor in a plea of land etc Sam Burton tenant by warrant etc and the said Eldred Arris recovered against the said Sarah Pryor and Rich Heyward the bailiff delivered seisin etc and after the said Eldred Arris surrendered the tenement aforesaid to the use of the said Sarah Pryor her heirs and assigns forever and she was admitted and gave fine etc
