at a court held 4.4.1671 Wm Stebbing was admitted to him and heirs to one croft called Olivers Croft with appurtenances in Earls Colne now to this court appeared that Wm Stebbing died so seised and that Solomon Stebbing is his brother and heir admitted etc to the said croft with appurtenances to Solomon Stebbing his heirs and assigns etc fealty respited
