at this court it appears to the homage that Rich Tyler customary tenant of this manor 19.1.1692 surrendered by the rod into the hands of the lord by the hands of Sam Burton instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Fletcher and Jn Payne two customary tenants etc all his customary messuage or tenement held of the manor to the use of his last will in writing
