item it appears to the homage that Jn Pratt and Judith his wife customary tenants of the manor aforesaid 16.3.1695 the said Judith solely and secretly examined by Jn Eldred esq steward of the manor according to the custom surrendered all and singular the customary lands messuages and tenements and hereditaments which the said Jn Pratt and Judith hold to the work and use of the last will of Judith with the consent of her husband in writing under her hand and seal and for defect of such nomination limitation etc to the use of the right heirs of the said Judith forever
